研究目的：

本研究收集多中心ITP患者治疗安全性和有效性数据，从安全，有效，经济，适宜等角度系统分析TPO-RA在ITP治疗中的应用现状和前景，为临床医生提供更为科学合理的用药指导，并为ITP患者选择更有效的治疗方案提供实证依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study collected data on the safety and effectiveness of treatment for multi center ITP patients, and systematically analyzed the current application status and prospects of TPO-RA in ITP treatment from the perspectives of safety, effectiveness, economy, and suitability. It provides more scientific and reasonable medication guidance for clinical doctors and empirical evidence for ITP patients to choose more effective treatment plans

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥18岁；
2.确诊为ITP；
3.回顾性队列：2022.1.1-2024.3.1各中心确诊ITP并使用TPO-RA治疗；前瞻性队列：2025.3.1-2026.12.31各中心确诊ITP并使用TPO-RA治疗；
4.既往至少1种ITP药物（含激素）或脾切除治疗无效(PLT<30x109/L)或复发；
5.能完整收集与本研究目的相关信息的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with ITP; 3. At least one previous ITP medication (including steroids) or splenectomy treatment was ineffective (PLT<30x109/L) or recurred; 4. Patients who are able to collect complete information related to the purpose of this study;
