研究目的：

（1）构建基于保护动机理论的维持性血液透析伴衰弱患者运动干预方案。 （2）初步验证维持性血液透析伴衰弱患者运动干预方案的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To construct an exercise intervention program for patients with maintenance hemodialysis with frailty based on the theory of protective motivation. (2)To preliminarily validate the effectiveness of an exercise intervention regimen for patients on maintenance hemodialysis with frailty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，规律血液透析≥3个月，透析频率≥3次/周； 2.能进行一般的体育锻炼者； 3.FRAIL量表评分≥3分； 4.意识清楚，交流顺畅； 5.对本研究知情同意愿意配合者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>= 18 years old, regular hemodialysis >= 3 months, dialysis frequency >= 3 times/week 2. Those who are able to perform general physical exercise 3. The FRAIL scale score >= 3 point 4. Clear consciousness and smooth communication 5. Those who are willing to cooperate with the informed consent of this study

排除标准：

1.合并急性心脑血管事件（如心肌梗死、恶性心律失常、脑梗死、脑出血等）； 2.急性感染、手术和创伤； 3.正在参加其他康复训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (such as myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.); 2. Acute infections, surgeries, and trauma; 3. Participating in other rehabilitation training.
