研究目的：

1. 主要目的：观察喜美恩头皮控油平衡复合酸治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的疗效。 2. 次要目的：观察喜美恩头皮控油平衡复合酸治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Scalp Complex Acids in the Treatment of Scalp Seborrheic Dermatitis 1. Main objective: To observe the efficacy of Cimon scalp oil control balance complex acid in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis. 2. Secondary Objective: To observe the safety of Cimon Scalp Oil Control Balance Complex Acid in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床诊断为头皮脂溢性皮炎（符合《中国皮肤性病学（临床版）》的诊断标准）； 2.年龄为18至60岁，性别不限； 3.头皮有红斑、丘疹、鳞屑、瘙痒、油腻等头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床表现； 4.毛发镜下可见头皮炎症丘疹、红斑、血管扩张、鳞屑等头皮脂溢性皮炎的征象； 5.同意参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with scalp seborrheic dermatitis based on the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Dermatology and Venereology (Clinical Edition). 2.Aged 18 to 60 years, regardless of gender. 3.Clinical manifestations of scalp seborrheic dermatitis, including erythema, papules, scales, pruritus, and greasiness on the scalp. 4.Dermoscopic evidence of scalp seborrheic dermatitis, such as inflammatory papules, erythema, vascular dilation, and scaling. 5.Patients who are willing to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.2周内口服或外用过治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的药物、其他酸类产品及功效性头皮洗护产品； 2.对本试验中所有产品中的任何成分具有过敏史； 3.不接受或排斥本研究方案者； 4.合并甲状腺功能亢进或低下、严重的营养不良、内分泌紊乱、自身免疫疾病或其他累及心肝肺脑等器官的重大疾病； 5.精神障碍或精神疾病史者； 6.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have a history of treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis, including oral or topical medications, other acid-based products, or functional scalp care products within the past two weeks. 2.Patients who have a history of allergy to any ingredient in the products used in this study. 3.Refusal to accept or rejection of the study protocol. 4.Presence of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, severe malnutrition, endocrine disorders, autoimmune diseases, or other major diseases involving organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, or brain. 5.Patients who have a history of psychiatric disorders or mental illness. 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
