研究目的：

本研究选择适当的离心运动方式应用到偏瘫患者下肢康复训练中，研究这种模式的训练方法对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能及步态的影响情况，为脑卒中患者的康复提供一种新的训练方法  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the appropriate eccentric exercise method is selected and applied to the rehabilitation training of hemiplegic patients, and the effect of this mode of training on the motor function and gait of stroke patients are studied, so as to provide a new training method for the rehabilitation of stroke patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①首次脑卒中后偏瘫患者，并经头颅 CT 或 MRI 证实；②符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》的诊断标准；③年龄 40~80；④生命体征稳定，意识清楚；⑤病程均在1年内；⑥Brunnstrom分期下肢在III期及以上；⑦患侧股四头肌肌张力Ashworth在1级及以下；⑧患侧下肢股四头肌肌力在3级及以上；⑨可以使用助行器或需要治疗师的监督但不能接触患者身体的情况下步行；⑩获得患者及家属的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with hemiplegia after the first stroke, confirmed by head CT or MRI; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019"; (3) Age 40~80;(4) Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; (5) The course of the disease is within 1 year; (6) Brunnstrom stage of lower limbs: lower limbs in stage III and above; (7) Ashworth score of quadriceps muscle on the affected side is grade 1 or below; (8) The muscle strength of the quadriceps muscle of the lower limb on the affected side is grade 3 or above; (9) Walking with the use of a walker or the need for therapist supervision but not touching the patient's body; (10) Obtain informed consent from patients and their families.

排除标准：

①伴有老年性痴呆和明显认知障碍等合并症；②伴有严重脏器功能减退或病变；③过去一年内进行过髋关节、膝关节或踝关节手术；④视力障碍，视野缺损或听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Accompanied by comorbidities such as senile dementia and obvious cognitive impairment; (2) Accompanied by severe organ dysfunction or lesions; (3) Hip, knee or ankle surgery within the past year; (4) Visual impairment, visual field defect or hearing impairment.
