研究目的：

通过相关研究，观察我院肛门部良性疾病术后尿潴留的发生率；进一步探讨肛门部良性疾病患者术后尿潴留的相关危险因素。为早期识别高危人群，并进一步优化危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in benign diseases of anus in our hospital. To further explore the risk factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with benign anal diseases. For early identification of high-risk groups and further optimization of risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

此期间行痔疮、肛瘘、肛周脓肿、肛裂等肛门部良性疾病的手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

patients with benign anal diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, perianal abscess and anal fissure were operated on during the period.

排除标准：

①术前已行尿管安置者。 ②前列腺癌、尿毒症等泌尿系统疾病者。 ③术前有严重神经系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Preoperative placement of urinary tube. 2 Prostate cancer, uremia and other urinary diseases. 3 Patients with severe neurological diseases before operation.
