研究目的：

探讨保留自主呼吸的全麻联合神经阻滞麻醉在手术中的安全性和优劣性，为手术提供更加完善精准的麻醉方案，并为后续提供借鉴意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect and clinical significance of preserving versus not preserving spontaneous breathing during general anesthesia combined with regional nerve block anesthesia on safety and economic indicators in orthopedic surgery through a retrospective study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁；
2.择期行内固定取出术、骨折复位内固定术、关节镜术或关节置换术；
3.ASA分级1-3级；
4.喉罩插管全身麻醉联合神经阻滞麻醉；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Selective removal of internal fixation, fracture reduction and internal fixation, arthroscopy or joint replacement; 3.ASA grade 1-3; 4. Laryngeal mask intubation general anesthesia combined with nerve block anesthesia;

排除标准：

1.保留自主呼吸失败；
2.住院期间行2次及以上多次手术；
3.住院时间超过31天；
4.术前有明确的呼吸衰竭，肺部感染，心梗，心衰，肝肾功能衰竭等；
5.电子病历资料不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to retain spontaneous breathing; 2. Two or more times of surgery during hospitalization; 3. Hospital stay more than 31 days; 4. Preoperative definite respiratory failure, pulmonary infection, myocardial infarction, heart failure, liver and kidney failure, etc. 5. Incomplete electronic medical records;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者数据提取自 “Do Care”麻醉系统和电子病历系统。每例受试者1份病例报告表，由研究人员填写并由专人统一保存，并录入Excel表格专人管理。有关受试者身份的所有记录均予以保密，并且在相关法律和/或法规允许的范围之内这些资料不对外公开。匿名方式收集数据，给数据处理中心的病例报告和任何试验文书不会出现患者姓名，所有数据将被保密。研究负责人保证所有临床实验材料和数据将根据法律匿名进行科学处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Patient data extracted from "Do Care" anesthesia systems and electronic medical record system. Form each subjects in 1 cases, saved by the researchers to fill in and by the people, and into the Excel form of personnel management. About the identity of the participants all records are confidential, and in the related laws and/or regulations allow the scope of this information is not made public. Anonymous data collection, data processing case report and any test documents do not appear in the center of the patient name, all data will be confidential. Study leader to ensure all clinical trial materials and data will be anonymous scientifically deal with according to law.
