研究目的：

探究甘氨酸补充4个月对高脂血症的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether glycine supplementation for 4 months could improve hyperlipemia and related metabolic disordes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄30~65岁； 2.高脂血症，包括边缘高脂血症，TC≥5.17 mmol/L和/或TG≥2.26 mmol/L； 3.自愿参加，已经签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 30-65 years old; 2. Hyperlipidemia, including borderline hyperlipidemia, TC>=5.17 mmol/L and/or TG>=2.26 mmol/L; 3. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.酒精摄入过量（> 70 g/week）； 2.过敏史严重人群； 3.吸烟； 4.病毒性肝炎、HIV等传染病的患者； 5.孕期、哺乳期或处于绝经期边缘人群； 6.肿瘤； 7.肾功不全； 8.糖尿病； 9.正在减重或体重近期发生波动； 10.服用激素类药物； 11.居住环境、生活饮食习惯不稳定的人群。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excessive alcohol intake (> 70 g/week); 2. People with severe allergic history; 3. Smoking; 4. Patients with viral hepatitis, HIV and other infectious diseases; 5. Pregnant, lactating or on the verge of menopause; 6. Tumor; 7. Renal insufficiency; 8. Diabetes; 9. Losing weight or weight has fluctuated recently; 10. Take hormone drugs; 11. Patients with unstable living environment, living and eating habits.
