研究目的：

1. 构建适合于高职护理专业学生的游戏互动式死亡教育方案； 2. 评价游戏互动式死亡教育方案对高职护理专业学生死亡态度、生命意义感和死亡应对能力的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Constructing a game interactive death education program suitable for vocational nursing students; 2. Evaluate the intervention effect of interactive game based death education program on death attitude, sense of life meaning, and death coping ability of vocational nursing students.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 全日制在校生（二年级进入临床实践前），高职护生年龄分布在18~23岁； 2. 有智能移动通讯设备并且具备最基本的操作能力； 3. 无认知及语言沟通障碍； 4. 知情同意并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Full time students on campus (before entering clinical practice in second grade),The age distribution of vocational nursing students is between 18 and 23 years old; 2. Having intelligent mobile communication devices and possessing the most basic operational capabilities; 3. No cognitive and language communication barriers; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. .

排除标准：

1. 因参军入伍或其他原因休学的学生； 2. 专升本护理专业学生； 3. 已参加过死亡教育相关培训者； 4. 有精神疾患或正在服用抗焦虑或抗抑郁药物者； 5. 学生自身遭遇应激事件者； 6. 在研究期间遭遇亲朋好友死亡者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Students who have taken a leave of absence due to enlistment or other reasons; 2.Undergraduate nursing students; 3.Those who have participated in death education related training; 4.Individuals with mental illness or taking anti anxiety or antidepressant medication; ⑤ Students who experience stress events themselves; 5.Students who have experienced stressful events themselves; 6.Those who have experienced the death of family and friends during the research period.

在分组前，先由不参与本研究的人员通过Research Randomizer 网站（http://www.randomizer.org）产生1套随机数字序列。该数字序列含96个不重复的数字，范围为1-96，然后将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，交给随机数字保管员。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Before the grouping by persons not involved in this study through Research Randomizer website(http://www.randomizer.org) to produce 1 set of random number sequence. The sequence consists of 96 non-repeating numbers,ranging from 1 to 96,which are then placed in sequentially coded,sealed,opaque envelopes and given to the custodian of random numbers.

在开展游戏互动式死亡教育方案时较难对干预者以及研究对象实施盲法。考虑到本研究的结局指标死亡态度、生命意义感和死亡应对能力为主管指标，因此，本研究对资料收集员设盲，以避免数据收集过程中潜在的检测偏差。

Blinding：

It is difficult to blind the participants and the subjects in the ******intervention. Considering that the outcome indicators of this study,such as , , ,are subjective indicators,data collectors were blinded in this study to avoid potential detection bias in the process of data collection.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门机构培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2007 建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入，并采用spss 26.0 软件进行处理。
