研究目的：

通过开发研究基于DCE-MRI分布式参数模型的辅助诊断系统来揭示脑部微血管参数与胶质瘤治疗过程中组织微环境变化的内在机理，为放射性坏死、假性进展与肿瘤复发或残留的鉴别诊断提供有力工具，并通过试验结果来为胶质瘤的诊治方案的个性化制定提供理论以及临床数据依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By developing and studying an auxiliary diagnostic system based on DCE-MRI distributed parameter model to reveal the internal mechanism of brain microvascular parameters and tissue microenvironment changes during glioma treatment, it provides a powerful tool for the differential diagnosis of radiation necrosis, spurious progression and tumor recurrence or residual. The experimental results provide theoretical and clinical data basis for the personalized formulation of diagnosis and treatment of glioma.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.磁共振检查拟诊胶质瘤，此前未经任何肿瘤相关的手术及放化疗治疗；
2.磁共振上完成 T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR 及T1CE、DWI 及DCE扫描；
3.放化疗前经手术或穿刺活检病理证实为胶质瘤；
4.患者开始接受治疗后定期随访至复发或缓解；
5.经手术或穿刺活检病理证实为复发或治疗反应；

Inclusion criteria

1.Magnetic resonance imaging was used to detect glioma, which had not been previously treated with any tumor-related surgery or chemoradiotherapy;
2.T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR and T1CE, DWI and DCE scans were performed in MRI;
3.Glioma was pathologically confirmed by surgery or puncture biopsy before chemoradiation;
4.Patients were followed up regularly after starting treatment until relapse or remission;
5.Patients were followed up regularly after starting treatment until relapse or remission;

排除标准：

1.完成检查但最终组织病理学证实为非胶质瘤以及放弃手术及活检未经病理证实的疑诊胶质瘤患者；
2.成像质量不佳(因不耐受、配合欠佳或其他原因所致图像伪影变形大)；
3.病灶完全囊变，实性成分极少难以完成后期图像处理；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with suspected glioma who completed the examination but were eventually confirmed by histopathology as non-glioma and who gave up surgery and biopsy without pathologically confirmed glioma;
2.Poor imaging quality (large distortion of image artifacts due to intolerance, poor coordination or other reasons);
3.The lesions were completely cystic, with few solid components, and it was difficult to complete post-image processing;
