通过前瞻性队列研究分析后牙种植全锆单冠在轻接触延迟咬合设计下的??面磨损特点，总结其与不同设计对颌在局部咬合变化过程中的磨损方式及局部牙列咬合特征变化规律，明确其与修复后并发症、植体周健康水平等指标的相关性，为种植全锆冠的咬合设计、调整提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to analyze the occlusal wear characteristics of posterior implant-supported monolithic zirconia crowns under light bite delayed occlusal design through a prospective cohort study, to summarize their wear pattern with differently designed opposing teeth, as well as the changing law of local occlusal characteristics, and to clarify their correlation with complications, peri-implant health level and other indicators. The study will provide a theoretical basis for the occlusal design and adjustment of implant-supported monolithic zirconia crowns.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 单侧后牙区已完成种植体植入，植体位置较为理想，未行骨增量手术，即将进行种植体支持式全锆单冠修复，或已完成种植全锆单冠修复2周以内（邻牙为天然牙，牙冠形态基本完好，牙冠轴向及位置无明显异常）； b) 修复体对颌牙为天然牙（无大面积充填体），或已行/即将进行牙支持式全冠单冠/种植全锆单冠修复； c) 邻牙、对侧同名牙及其对颌牙均为未行冠修复的天然牙（无大面积充填体）； d) 患者年龄在18-70岁之间，男女不限； e) 咬合检查无明显异常（无早接触或咬合干扰），双侧后牙有稳定的咬合接触； f) 种植单冠初次戴用时用12μm咬合纸检查，轻咬时无接触，重咬时轻接触，侧方咬合无接触。 g) 患者同意参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a) The implant has been placed in a unilateral posterior region; the position of the implant is satisfactory; no bone grafting procedure has been performed and an implant-supported full zirconia single crown restoration is about to be placed or has been placed for less than 2 weeks (the adjacent tooth is a natural tooth whose crown is almost intact and there is no obvious abnormality in the axial direction and position of the crown). b) The full zirconia single crown opposes to a natural tooth without large fillings, or a tooth-supported/implant-supported full zirconia single crown having been placed/about to be placed. c) The adjacent teeth, the corresponding teeth on the contralateral side and their opposing teeth are natural teeth without large fillings and crown restorations. d) The patient is between 18 and 70 years old without gender restrictions. e) There are no obvious abnormalities on occlusal examination (no premature contact or occlusal interference) and the bilateral posterior teeth have stable occlusal contacts. f) The implanted-supported single crown was examined with 12 micron occlusal paper at the time of initial insertion with no contact at a light bite or lateral bite, and a light contact at a heavy bite. g) The patient agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

a) 无法配合治疗、定期随访或影像学检查的患者； b) 存在张口受限或影响下颌运动的口颌系统肌肉、骨骼、关节疾病； c) 有中重度牙周病史或种植体周围病史，或牙周状况不稳定； d) 存在严重的牙列不齐； e) 服用类固醇类或双磷酸盐类药物； f) 患者有影响护理口腔卫生的身体残疾或精神疾病； g) 存在口腔副功能，或其他明确能导致牙体磨损的因素，如偏侧咀嚼； h) 随访期间进行了天然牙的咬合调整、咬合面涉及牙尖的树脂充填、全冠修复、正畸、种植治疗或拔牙。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Patients who are unable to cooperate with treatment, regular follow-up or imaging examination. b) Presence of restricted mouth opening or muscular, skeletal, joint disorders of the stomatognathic system affecting jaw movement. c) A history of moderate to severe periodontitis or peri-implant disease, or being in an unstable periodontal status. d) Presence of severe malocclusion. e) Use of steroids or bisphosphonates. f) Patients who have a physical disability or mental illness interfering with oral hygiene maintenance. g) Presence of oral parafunction or other factors clearly contributing to tooth wear, such as unilateral chewing. h) Occlusal adjustment of natural teeth, resin filling of occlusal surface involving the cusp, full crown restoration, orthodontic treatment, implant treatment or extraction has been performed during the follow-up visit.
