研究目的：

为评价术中 O-arm 导航技术、个体化 3D 打印导板技术在寰枢椎置钉过程中的应用价值，探索这些技术在寰枢椎内固定中的可行性和准确性，以期为临床进一步应用提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the application value of intraoperative O-arm navigation technology and individualized 3D printing template technology in atlantoaxial screw placement, and to explore the feasibility and accuracy of these techniques in atlantoaxial internal fixation, in order to provide reference for further clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)可复性寰枢椎脱位或不稳。行寰枢椎内固定术的患者；(2)无手术禁忌证，可耐受手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) reducible atlantoaxial dislocation or instability. Patients undergoing atlantoaxial internal fixation; (2) Patients could tolerate surgery without surgical contraindications.

排除标准：

(1)影像学显示椎弓根细小或畸形，无法置人侧块，椎弓根螺钉的患者；(2)影像学显示椎动脉高跨、内挤等变异，影响寰枢椎螺钉置人者；(3)牵引不能复位，需要前路松解的寰枢椎脱位患者；(4)合并严重基础疾病患者；(5)影像学资料不全及失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The imaging showed that the pedicle was small or deformed, and the lateral mass could not be placed, and the pedicle screw was inserted. (2) vertebral artery variations such as high span and intruding, which may affect atlantoaxial screw placement; (3) atlantoaxial dislocation that cannot be reduced by traction and requires anterior release; (4) patients with serious underlying diseases; (5) patients with incomplete imaging data or lost to follow-up.
