研究目的：

（1）识别多症状特征：通过对PCI术后患者的多种症状进行分析，识别出PCI术后多症状特征的的潜在类别，识别症状不同组群; （2）分析症状转变机制：研究PCI术后患者不同症状之间的相互关系及其随时间变化的症状模式。揭示影响患者症状模式转变的关键因素，探讨人口学和临床特征是否影响PCI手术患者症状亚组的转移。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Identification of multi-symptom characteristics: Through the analysis of multiple symptoms of patients after PCI, the potential categories of multi-symptom characteristics after PCI are identified and different groups of symptoms are identified (2) Analysis of symptom transformation mechanism: Study the relationship between different symptoms of patients after PCI and the symptom pattern changing over time. To uncover the key factors influencing the transformation of patient symptom patterns, and to explore whether demographic and clinical characteristics influence the metastasis of symptom subgroups in patients undergoing PCI surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合国际疾病分类（第11版）的诊断描述和诊断标准确诊为冠心病入院，且首次成功行冠状动脉支架植入术后的成年患者； （2）无理解和阅读障碍； （3）了解研究目的并自愿加入本次研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adult patients who met the diagnostic description and diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (11th Edition) and were diagnosed with coronary heart disease after admission and first successful coronary stenting; (2) no comprehension and dyslexia; (3) Understand the research purpose and voluntarily join the researcher.

排除标准：

（1）伴随其他严重疾病、恶性肿瘤、终末期、透析患者； （2）近半年未接受其它介入性、开放性手术者； （3）间歇性精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other serious diseases, malignant tumors, end-stage patients, dialysis patients; (2) Patients who have not received other interventional or open surgery in the past six months; (3) intermittent mental abnormalities.
