研究目的：

本研究旨在通过电阻抗断层成像（Electrical Impedance Tomography, EIT）这一实时、无创的监测工具，动态评估吸入一氧化氮对接受高流量氧疗的急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者肺生理（包括肺通气、灌注分布及氧合状态）的影响。通过本研究，希望探讨吸入一氧化氮的有效性及其对肺功能调节的潜在机制，为优化急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的治疗策略提供初步证据。另外，这是一项初步研究，目的是为后续大样本研究提供基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

This pilot study aims to utilize Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT), a real-time and non-invasive monitoring tool, to dynamically assess the impact of inhaled nitric oxide on lung physiology in ARF patients undergoing high-flow oxygen therapy. Key parameters include lung ventilation, perfusion distribution, and oxygenation status. The study seeks to explore the efficacy of iNO and its potential mechanisms of action in regulating pulmonary function, providing preliminary evidence to optimize treatment strategies for ARF patients. The findings from this study will serve as foundational data for larger-scale investigations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为急性呼吸窘迫综合征 （2）正在使用高流量氧疗； （3）年龄≥18 岁； （4）受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed with ARDS(oxygenation index < 300 mmHg); (2) Currently receiving high-flow oxygen therapy; (3) Age >= 18 years; (4) Willing to participate in the study, having signed the informed consent form, with good compliance and cooperation during follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇 （2）存在NO使用禁忌症的患者 （3）体重指数≥35kg/m2 （4）难治性休克和严重心脏功能障碍； （5）胸廓畸形、存在大量胸腔积液、气胸、胸部皮肤损伤患者； （6）植入起搏器 （7）研究者认为不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant women; (2) Patients with contraindications to the use of nitric oxide (NO); (3) Body mass index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m2; (4) Patients with refractory shock or severe cardiac dysfunction; (5) Patients with thoracic deformities, massive pleural effusion, pneumothorax, or chest skin damage; (6) Patients with implanted pacemakers; (7) Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
