探索5G远程机器人治疗胸外科疾病的安全性与有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of 5G remote robot in treating thoracic surgery diseases

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准 (1) 18 周岁≤年龄≤80 周岁； (2) 需接受胸腔内窥镜手术治疗，并有相应手术治疗指征，包括但不限于以下术式：肺段/肺叶切除术、纵膈肿瘤切除术； (3) 生理状况可接受胸腔镜手术者； (4) 愿意配合并完成研究随访及相关检查者； (5) 受试者或其代理人自愿参加本试验并书面签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (1) 18 years old <= age <=80 years old; (2) Endoscopic thoracic surgery with corresponding surgical indications, including but not limited to the following operations: segmental/lobectomy, mediastinal tumor resection; (3) Patients whose physiological condition is acceptable for thoracoscopic surgery; (4) Willing to cooperate with and complete the study follow-up and related tests; (5) The subjects or their agents voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent in person.

排除标准：

排除标准 (1) 妊娠或哺乳期女性； (2) 恶性肿瘤临床分期为 IV 期者； (3) 需行急诊手术者； (4) 存在活动性出血、凝血功能异常（凝血酶原时间（PT）或国际标准化比值（INR）高于正常值上限 1.5 倍）或血小板计数＜80×10^9/L 者； (5) 有严重心血管或循环系统疾病不能耐受手术者； (6) 近 1 个月内参与过其他临床试验者； (7) 无法理解试验要求，或不能完成研究随访计划者； (8) 研究者认为有其他不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) The clinical stage of malignant tumor is IV; (3) Patients in need of emergency surgery; (4) Active bleeding, abnormal coagulation function (prothrombin time (PT) or International normalized ratio (INR) is 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal) or platelet count < 80×10^9/L; (5) Patients with serious cardiovascular or circulatory diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; (6) Participants in other clinical trials within the last 1 month; (7) Unable to understand the trial requirements, or unable to complete the study follow-up plan; (8) The researcher believes that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for inclusion.
