研究目的：

本研究将硬脊膜穿破硬膜外技术（DPE）与传统的硬膜外技术相比较,旨在探究硬脊膜穿破硬膜外阻滞技术用于分娩镇痛与产时发热的关系及其对母婴结局的影响,为该技术的临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the epidural perforation technique (DPE) was compared with the traditional epidural technique, aiming to explore the relationship between the epidural perforation epidural block technique for labor analgesia and intrapartum fever and its effect on maternal and infant outcomes, so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of this technique.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-40岁，ASA分级II，足月，单胎，宫缩规律，宫颈扩张3cm或以上的产妇。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-40 years, ASA class II, full-term, singleton, regular contractions, cervical dilation of 3 cm or more.

排除标准：

脊柱疾病患者、存在甲状腺功能减退或甲状腺功能亢进等潜在疾病的患者、高危妊娠(前置胎盘、胎盘早剥、重度子痫前期/子痫、HIV阳性患者)。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with spinal disorders, patients with underlying diseases such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, high-risk pregnancies (placenta previa, placental abruption, severe preeclampsia/eclampsia, HIV-positive patients).
