研究目的：

研究的核心目的在于探索并验证利用人工智能技术分析心电图以预测血糖水平的可行性与准确性。这一目标的设定，旨在突破传统血糖测量方法的限制，提供一种更为便捷、无创的血糖监测手段。通过深入分析和挖掘心电图与血糖水平之间的潜在关联，我们期望能够构建一个高效、可靠的预测模型，为糖尿病患者及高危人群的日常血糖管理提供新的解决方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The core purpose of the study was to explore and verify the feasibility and accuracy of using artificial intelligence technology to analyze electrocardiograms to predict blood glucose levels. This goal aims to break through the limitations of traditional blood glucose measurement methods and provide a more convenient and non-invasive means of blood glucose monitoring. Through in-depth analysis and exploration of the potential association between ECG and blood glucose levels, we hope to build an efficient and reliable predictive model to provide a new solution for daily blood glucose management in diabetic patients and high-risk populations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄>=18，且<=80岁； 住院的糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者； 患者愿意签署知情同意书； 患者愿意接受长期随访。

Inclusion criteria

Age > = 18 and < = 80 years; hospitalized diabetic versus non-diabetic patients; Patient is willing to sign an informed consent form; Patient is willing to undergo long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

严重高钾血症与低钾血症（K+<=2.5mmol/L，或者>=5.5 mmol/L）； 长期服用或正在静脉使用抗心律失常药物（β阻断剂除外）； 起搏器或者CRT植入患者； 各种持续性心律失常患者包括持续性房颤患者，持续性房扑房速患者，室速患者等； 发热以及合并严重感染的患者； 认知功能障碍或者意识不清的患者； 皮肤过敏不能耐受长时间电极粘贴患者； HIV、梅毒、乙肝等感染指标阳性的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

severe hyperkalaemia versus hypokalemia (K+<=2.5 mmol/L, or >=5.5 mmol/L); Long-term use or ongoing intravenous use of anti-arrhythmic drugs (except β blockers); Patients with pacemaker or CRT implantation; Patients with various sustained arrhythmias include patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, patients with sustained atrial flutter tachycardia, patients with ventricular tachycardia, etc.; patients with fever and severe infection; Patients with cognitive impairment or unconsciousness; Patients with skin allergies who cannot tolerate long-term electrode sticking; Patients with positive infection indicators such as HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B.
