研究目的：

本研究计划探讨术中睡眠质量改变与术后睡眠质量的相关性，进而对比使用右美托咪定和瑞马唑仑对膝关节置换患者术中睡眠质量以及术后睡眠及恢复质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to explore the correlation between the changes of sleep quality during operation and the quality of sleep after operation, and then compare the effects of dexmedetomidine and ramizolam on the quality of sleep during operation and the quality of sleep and recovery after knee replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在65岁以上，性别不限；（2）ASAI-II级，无重大系统疾病史者；（3）术前PSQI评分＞6分（睡眠障碍）；（4）拟在椎管内麻醉下行关节置换术的患者；（5）能够配合围术期睡眠质量评估并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age over 65, regardless of sex; (2)ASAI-II, with no history of major systemic diseases; (3) preoperative PSQI score > 6 (sleep disorder); (4) Patients who intend to undergo joint replacement under spinal anesthesia; (5) Be able to cooperate with the perioperative sleep quality assessment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有局部麻醉药物及右美托咪定和瑞马唑仑过敏者；（2）有沟通障碍和精神障碍者；（3）严重心律失常（安装心脏起搏器、合并病窦综合征、严重心动过缓（＜50次/分）或二度以上房室传导阻滞）；（4）近期使用抗精神药物、酗酒或滥用药物；合并严重心血管、肝肾疾病史及脑血管意外者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) allergic to local anesthetics and dexmedetomidine and rimazolam; (2) People with communication disorder and mental disorder; (3) Severe arrhythmia (pacemaker, sick sinus syndrome, severe bradycardia (< 50 beats/min) or more than second degree atrioventricular block); (4) recent use of antipsychotics, alcoholism or drug abuse; Complicated with serious cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases and cerebrovascular accidents.
