研究目的：

本研究基于循证和德尔菲专家咨询法构建适合进行全髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者全病程、系统化的康复锻炼干预方案，运用预实验法检验干预方案的有效性和可行性。将方案应用于行全髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者，以期增强心肺功能和运动功能，缩短康复进程，提高患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the evidence-based and Delphi expert consultation method, this study constructed a whole course and systematic rehabilitation exercise intervention program for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture suitable for total hip arthroplasty, and used the pre-experiment method to test the effectiveness and feasibility of the intervention program. The program was applied to elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing total hip arthroplasty in order to enhance cardiopulmonary function and motor function, shorten the rehabilitation process, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥60周岁上且骨折按Garden分型为Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型的患者； 2.符合THR指征且为首次手术，手术过程顺利，术后Ｘ线片显示假体位置良好； 3.患者及家属同意并积极配合研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients older than or equal to 60 years old and whose fractures were classified as type III and type IV according to Garden classification; 2. Patient met the THR indications and was the first operation. The operation was smooth and the postoperative X-ray showed that the prosthesis was in good position; 3. Patients and their families agree and actively cooperate with the researcher.

排除标准：

1.合并严重高血压、心脏病、精神系统疾病，以及恶性肿瘤患者，无法耐受手术； 2.多发伤患者； 3.病理性股骨颈骨折； 4.语言表达不清或沟通障碍、听力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, mental system diseases, and malignant tumors cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with multiple injuries; 3. Pathological femoral neck fracture; 4. People with unclear language expression or communication disorders, hearing impairment;
