研究目的：

有助于为耐药结核病患者强化期不同节点自我管理提供干预思路，并为医护人员制定相应的干预方案提供借鉴依据，促进耐药结核病患者早日康复、提高其生活质量并且耐药结核病患者的自我管理能力的增强对整个家庭成员甚至社会群体的健康防护具有重要作用。  

Objectives of Study：

It is helpful to provide intervention ideas for the self-management of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients at different nodes in the intensification period, and to provide reference for medical staff to formulate corresponding intervention programs, promote the early recovery of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients, improve their quality of life, and the enhancement of the self-management ability of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients plays an important role in the health protection of the whole family members and even social groups

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会结核病分会耐药结核病诊断标准，且经痰液药物敏感性试验或分子生物学检测为DR-TB的患者； ②年龄≥18 岁； ③意识清楚、言语正常，配合调查的患者； ④取得患者知情同意，患者自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for drug-resistant tuberculosis of the Tuberculosis Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and are DR-TB detected by sputum drug susceptibility test or molecular biology; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) Patients who are conscious, have normal speech, and cooperate with the investigation; (4) Informed consent was obtained, and patients voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

①严重肝、肾疾病患者； ②缺乏读写能力，不能理解或回答问题者； ③患有精神系统类疾病，如精神分裂症、痴呆等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases; (2) Lack of literacy skills to understand or answer questions; (3) Suffering from psychiatric diseases, such as schizophrenia, dementia, etc.
