研究目的：

脓毒症心肌损害在脓毒症患者中十分常见，显著降低患者生存率。铁死亡参与了脓毒症心肌损害，活化的多不饱和脂肪酸起着驱动铁死亡的作用，然而应用ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸却可以改善脓毒症心肌损害。因此，本研究旨在探索ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对脓毒症心肌损害铁死亡的相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Sepsis myocardial damage is common in patients with sepsis and significantly reduces survival. Ferroptosis is involved in myocardial damage in sepsis, and activated polyunsaturated fatty acids play a role in driving ferroptosis, whereas the use of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids can improve myocardial damage in sepsis. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the mechanism of ferroptosis associated with myocardial damage in sepsis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合《中国脓毒症/脓毒性休克急诊治疗指南（2018）的诊断标准》且出现以下一项或多项心肌损害特点（a.心室扩张 b.LVEF <50%或基线EF降低>=10% c.心室舒张功能障碍d.心肌损害标志物升高 e.对液体复苏和儿茶酚胺的反应弱 f.新发心律失常）；年龄>=18周岁；患者或监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Conformance to the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for Emergency Treatment of Sepsis/Septic Shock (2018)" and presence of one or more of the following characteristics of myocardial injury (a. ventricular dilation b. LVEF <50% or a decrease in baseline EF >= 10% c. ventricular diastolic dysfunction d. increased myocardial injury markers e. poor response to fluid resuscitation and catecholamines f. new onset arrhythmias); age >= 18 years; patient or guardian has signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

⑴年龄<18周岁；⑵孕妇或哺乳期妇女；⑶既往存在心功能障碍或非脓毒症相关的急性心脏疾病史（先天性心脏病、瓣膜心脏病、急性心梗、心肌炎、心肺复苏后等）；(4)正在进行其他临床试验的患者；(5)拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age <18 years old; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) History of pre-existing cardiac dysfunction or acute heart disease not related to sepsis (congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, myocarditis, post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etc.); (4) Patients participating in other clinical trials; (5) Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
