研究目的：

胰腺癌为常见消化系统恶性肿瘤，五年生存期仅 6%，外科手术仍是治疗胰腺癌的主要手段，但各种改良及扩大根治术并不能提高中晚期患者生存期，资料显示早诊早治具有重要临床意义，现有诊断方法已不能满足临床需求，故提高胰腺癌早期诊断水平是胰腺癌攻坚的重点及难点。本研究通过与常规肿瘤标志物对比评估循环微生物 DNA 作为新一代肿瘤标志物用于胰腺癌早期诊断的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system, with a five-year survival of only 6%. Surgery is still the main means of treating pancreatic cancer, but various modifications and expanded radical mastectomy cannot improve the survival of patients in the middle and late stages. The data show that early diagnosis and early treatment are of great clinical significance. Existing diagnostic methods can no longer meet the clinical needs. Therefore, improving the early diagnosis level of pancreatic cancer is the focus and difficulty of pancreatic cancer. This study evaluated the clinical value of circulating microbial DNA as a new generation of tumor markers for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer by comparing it with conventional tumor markers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁，性别不限；ECOGPS评分：0~2分； 2.通过超声、CT、MRI等影像学检查或临床检查提示可能存在胰腺病变，具有与胰腺癌相关的临床症状，如腹痛、消化不良、体重下降等；或者经过病理学检查证实为胰腺癌的病例。 3.签署知情同意书并且能够遵从方案的要求；如果患者不能签署知情同意书，需其法定监护人或者代理人签署。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age over 18 years old, gender is not limited; ECOGPS score: 0~ 2 points; 2. Possible pancreatic lesions suggested by ultrasound, CT, MRI and other imaging or clinical examinations, with clinical symptoms related to pancreatic cancer, such as abdominal pain, indigestion, weight loss, etc. or cases confirmed by pathological examination as pancreatic cancer. 3. Sign the informed consent form and be able to comply with the requirements of the program; 3.if the patient cannot sign the informed consent form, the legal guardian or agent must sign it.

排除标准：

1.既往或同时伴有其他恶性肿瘤； 2.合并心、肺、肾、脑、血液等重要脏器严重疾病患者； 3.合并严重神经及精神疾病的患者（如癫痫、抑郁症、躁狂症、癫痫发作、精神分裂症等）； 4.怀孕的或哺乳期妇女或在研究期间有怀孕计划及不愿意避孕的患者； 5.研究者认为受试者目前状况不适合参加本研究； 6.同时参加其他临床研究试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past or concurrent with other malignant tumors;
2. Patients with serious diseases of important organs such as heart, lung, kidney, brain, blood, etc.
3. Patients with severe neurological and psychiatric diseases (such as epilepsy, depression, mania, seizures, schizophrenia, etc.);
4. Pregnant or lactating women or patients who have pregnancy plans during the study and are unwilling to use contraception;
5. The researcher believes that the subject's current condition is not suitable for participating in this study;
6. Patients who participate in other clinical research trials at the same time.
