Objectives of Study：

(1)Aim to develop and implement a scenario simulation training program; (2)Explore its impact on oncology nurses in terms of knowledge, attitude, and practice behavior regarding Advance Care Planning (ACP).

纳入标准：

1.院级安宁疗护、心理、疼痛、人文、急重症、老年、技能专科护理小组的护士； 2.自愿参与本次项目

Inclusion criteria

1. Nurses in hospital-level palliative care, psychological, pain, humanities, acute and critical care, geriatric, and technical specialized nursing teams; 2. Participate in this project voluntarily

排除标准：

1.规培护士； 2.项目实施期间无法保证全程参与的护士

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurse training; 2. Nurses who cannot be guaranteed to participate in the whole process during the implementation of the project
