研究目的：

探索辽东地区中老年缺血性脑卒中患者入院时血细胞计数复合指标与院内预后的关系；也探讨在伴有不同基础疾病（脂肪肝等）或不同治疗手段（如静脉溶栓或支架）的前提下，哪些炎症生物标志物对缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗效果及病情程度能做出早期识别与预测。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between blood cell count complex index and hospital prognosis of middle-aged and elderly patients with ischemic stroke in eastern Liaoning province. It was also discussed which inflammatory biomarkers could be used to identify and predict the therapeutic effect and severity of ischemic stroke patients with different underlying diseases (fatty liver, etc.) or different treatments (such as intravenous thrombolysis or stents) in the early stage.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 ＞=18岁； （2）诊断为缺血性脑卒中，接收标准治疗； （3）患者或患者家属签署溶栓知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >=18 years old; (2) Diagnosed with ischemic stroke and received standard treatment; (3) The patient or the patient's family members sign the informed consent for thrombolysis.

排除标准：

（1）被诊断患有严重的感染性疾病以及其他严重的全身性疾病，如肿瘤、风湿免疫系统疾病、血液病等；或正在使用激素/免疫治疗； （2）临床资料不全、数据不完整； （3）入院时以及治疗后无法评估神经功能或神经功能评估数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have been diagnosed with serious infectious diseases and other serious systemic diseases, such as tumors, rheumatic immune system diseases, blood diseases, etc.; Or are taking hormone/immunotherapy; (2) Incomplete clinical data and incomplete data; (3) Failure to assess neurological function upon admission and after treatment or absence of neurological function assessment data.
