研究目的:

1.探讨“气脉康”中药茶对改善血脂异常患者血脂水平和肠道菌群的作用。 2.将“气脉康”中药茶应用到血脂异常的患者中,并且评估其在治疗效果、患者生存和治疗方面的效果和可行性,为老年血脂异常患者的辅助治疗和肠道菌群的研究提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To investigate the effects of "Qiyuikang" herbal tea on improving blood lipid levels and intestinal flora in patients with dyslipidemia. 2. To apply the "Qiyuikang" herbal tea to patients with dyslipidemia and evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility in terms of therapeutic effect, patient survival and treatment, so as to provide reference for the study of adjuvant therapy and intestinal flora in elderly patients with dyslipidemia.

纳入标准:

1.年龄:40≤患者年龄≤90岁; 2.诊断为血脂异常的患者; 3.患者自愿参加本次研究,签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 40 ≤ patient's age ≤ 90 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with dyslipidemia; 3. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.有严重的心、肝、肾、脑病变,或恶性肿瘤; 2.正在接受其他形式的饮食干预; 3.对药物或食物的同源物质过敏或其他过敏体质者; 4.患者存在活动禁忌症(糖尿病酮症酸中毒、上消化道出血等),无法进食者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Have serious heart, liver, kidney, or brain pathology, or malignant tumors; 2. Are undergoing other forms of dietary intervention; 3. Allergy to drugs or food congeners or other allergies; 4. Patients with contraindications to activity (diabetic ketoacidosis, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.) that prevent them from eating.

患者在常规治疗基础上,加服“气脉康”中药茶。中药茶的配方为:黄芪30g,茯苓30g,葛根20g,荷叶30g,苡仁30g,白术15g,桂枝3g,生姜3g,白茶3g,共164g。研究人员将“气脉康”中药茶放置在热水中浸泡,大约10分钟后即向患者提供茶饮,并提示参与者可不断摄入该茶饮,建议每天总水量为1000 - 1500ml。干预的频次为每周6-7天,连续12周。

On the basis of the conventional treatment, the patient was given "Qi Wei Kang" herbal tea. The formula of the tea was: Astragalus 30g, Poria 30g, Pueraria lobata 20g, Lotus leaf 30g, Coix seed 30g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15g, Cinnamon stick 3g, Ginger 3g, White tea 3g, total 164g. The researcher steeped the tea in hot water, and then offered the tea to the patients after about 10 minutes, and suggested that the participants could continuously consume the tea. Participants were advised to consume the tea continuously, with a total recommended daily intake of 1000 - 1500 ml. The frequency of the intervention was 6-7 days per week for 12 weeks.
