研究目的：

本研究主要观察特发性脊柱侧弯、急慢性椎间盘突出患者双侧多裂肌肉组织细胞分子学改变（组成比例、纤维化面积以及再生能力和退行性变程度），并结合VAS疼痛评分量表评估患者腰背部局部的疼痛等级。同时，根据血生化结果间接反映肌肉疲劳或疼痛的等级，为进一步解析椎旁肌源性下腰痛的细胞学基础及可能机理的研究提供临床数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly observed the molecular changes in bilateral multifidus muscle tissue cells (composition ratio, fibrosis area, regeneration ability and degree of degeneration) in patients with idiopathic scoliosis and acute and chronic intervertebral disc herniation, and combined with the VAS pain scoring scale to evaluate the local pain level in the back of the patient. At the same time, the blood biochemical results indirectly reflected the level of muscle fatigue or pain, providing clinical data support for further analysis of the cellular basis and possible mechanism of paraspinal muscle-induced low back pain.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18~65岁，性别不限；确诊为特发性脊柱侧弯，且Cobb角>=10^0，或确诊为急慢性腰椎间盘突出症的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Age range: 18-65 years, regardless of gender; patients diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis with a Cobb angle >=10^0, or patients diagnosed with acute or chronic lumbar disc herniation.

排除标准：

（1）脊柱外伤、骨折、感染、肿瘤病史； （2）既往脊柱手术史； （3）合并有强直性脊柱炎及其它累及脊柱的免疫缺陷； （4）严重的骨盆及下肢骨关节病变； （5）腰背肌外伤、感染及结缔组织病； （6）发育迟缓。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)History of spinal trauma, fracture, infection, or tumor; (2)Previous spinal surgery; (3)Combined ankylosing spondylitis and other immunodeficiencies affecting the spine; (4)Severe pelvic and lower limb bone and joint diseases; (5)Back muscle trauma, infection and connective tissue disease; (6)Developmental delay.
