1、兼顾回顾性及前瞻性数据,构建基于数据平台的MeVO卒中诊治和随访注册系统。 2、以注册研究数据为基础,掌握真实世界MeVO卒中国内治疗现状并解决预后评估,治疗流程优化,治疗模式改良等临床问题。 3、基于AI算法,纳入形态学及人口学等多维度相关因素,建立多维度智能化的MeVO卒中预测模型,并根据特征权重确定重要相关因素。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Develop a MeVO stroke diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up registry system based on a data platform, incorporating both retrospective and prospective data. 2. Utilize registry study data to understand the current treatment landscape of MeVO stroke in China and address clinical issues such as prognosis assessment, optimization of treatment processes, and improvement of treatment modalities. 3. Employ AI algorithms to integrate multidimensional factors, including morphological and demographic data, to establish an intelligent, multidimensional prognostic model for MeVO stroke, and determine key related factors based on feature importance. |

|
纳入标准: |
1、年龄大于18岁 2、预判发病时间在24小时内; 3、经CT血管造影、磁共振血管造影或数字减影血管造影证实的MeVO卒中; 4、预估在4.5小时内采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓或6小时内尿激酶静脉溶栓的患者; 5、血管内治疗必须在预估发病24小时内执行; 6、患者及家属知情同意。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Age greater than 18 years; 2.Predict the onset time within 24 hours ; 3.MeVO stroke confirmed by CT angiography, magnetic resonance angiography or digital subtraction angiography ; 4.Predicted patients with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase within 4.5 hours or intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase within 6 hours ; 5.Intravascular treatment must be performed within 24 hours of the estimated onset ; 6. Informed consent of patients and their families. |

排除标准: |
1、合并其他严重系统性疾病,预计生存时间小于1年的患者; 2、诊断时合并其他严重疾病会明显影响随访的患者; 3、患有精神/认知疾病、教育/经济地位低下的人员、孕妇等弱势群体; 4、发病前残疾或mRS评分大于2分; 5、拒绝随访的患者; 6、缺乏90天的随访信息; 7、不完整的基线资料。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1.Patients with other serious systemic diseases and expected survival time less than 1 year; 2.Patients diagnosed with other severe diseases that are likely to significantly affect follow-up; 3.People with mental / cognitive diseases, low education / economic status, pregnant women and other vulnerable groups; 4.Premorbid disability or mRS score greater than 2; 5. Patients who refused follow-up; 6. Lack of 90-day follow-up information; 7. Incomplete baseline data. |
