研究目的：

本研究通过多中心、随机、双盲、假刺激对照研究的方法，通过分析患者腰椎术后胃肠功能恢复指标的差异，明确电针防治术后肠麻痹的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture in the prevention and treatment of postoperative intestinal paralysis by analyzing the differences in the indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery after lumbar spine surgery of the patients with multicenter, randomized, double-blind, and sham-stimulated controlled study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟择期于全麻下行腰椎后路开放手术患者； 2.年龄18～75岁，ASA分级I～II级； 3.首次接受电针治疗； 4.自愿接受本试验治疗方案及随访计划，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who were to undergo elective posterior open lumbar surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Patients who aged 18-75 years old, ASA grade I- II; 3.Patients who receive electroacupuncture for the first time; 4.Patients who voluntarily accept the treatment and follow-up protocol of this trial and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.怀孕、哺乳期患者； 2.患有精神疾病、癫痫或智力异常的患者； 3.所选穴位的皮肤周围有炎症、溃疡、瘢痕或破损者； 4.体内曾植入心脏起搏器、除颤器等电生理装置者； 5.术前1周曾服用影响胃肠功能的药物； 6.1年内接受过腹部手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Patients suffering from mental illness, epilepsy or mental abnormality; 3.Patients with inflammation, ulcers, scarring or breakage around the skin of the selected acupoints; 4.Patients who have had electrophysiological devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators implanted in their bodies; 5.Patients who have taken drugs affecting gastrointestinal function 1 week before surgery; 6.Patients who have undergone abdominal surgery within 1 year.

本研究的随机过程将采用中央随机化系统完成患者随机分组工作。该系统将按照预设的随机比例1:1，采用区组随机化方法，区组长度为4，对所有符合入组条件的患者进行随机分组。

The random grouping of patients will be done using a central randomization system. This system will randomize all patients eligible for enrollment according to a preset randomization ratio of 1:1 using a block randomization method with a block length of four.
