研究目的：

本研究拟对存在脑死亡并由合法授权人同意进行器官捐献手术的患者进行术中脑电监测，观察心跳停止后大脑皮层残余的脑电活动变化趋势。通过评估脑电图对神经系统各脑区放电机制的预测作用，探索脑电图监测对脑死亡患者大脑皮层残余脑电活动获取的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct intraoperative EEG monitoring on patients with brain death who have been legally authorized to consent to organ donation surgery, and observe the change trend of residual cerebral cortical electrical activity after cardiac arrest. By evaluating the predictive effect of electroencephalogram (EEG) on the discharge mechanism of various brain regions of the nervous system, the guiding significance of EEG monitoring on the acquisition of residual cerebral electrical activity in cerebral cortex of patients with brain death was explored

纳入标准：

1.脑死亡（脑干梗死或出血诊断为脑死亡）患者；
2.接受计划DCD手术；
3.年龄≥ 18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with brain death (brain stem infarction or bleeding is diagnosed as brain death); 2.Undergo planned DCD surgery; 3.Age >= 18 years;

排除标准：

1.没有可用的合法授权代表；
2.满足神经学死亡判定(NDD)标准；
3.有功能起搏器；
4.严重的头部外伤阻止了监测设备的应用；

Exclusion criteria：

1.no legally authorized representative available;
2.Meet the criteria for neurological death Determination (NDD）;
3.There's a functional pacemaker;
4.Severe head trauma prevents the use of monitoring equipment;
