探究在吸入低浓度七氟烷下孤独症儿童和正常儿童中的脑电图变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore EEG changes in children with autism and normal children under inhalation of low concentrations of sevoflurane.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ASD组纳入标准： （1）符合ASD诊断标准儿童； （2）ASA分级 I-Ⅱ级；（3）年龄6-12岁。（4）监护人签署知情同意书。 2. 正常对照组纳入标准： （1）经医师临床评估未患有神经发育障碍性疾病，智力发育正常，需要手术麻醉。 （2）ASA分级 I-Ⅱ级；（3）年龄6-12岁。（4）监护人签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. ASD group: (1) Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder ; (2) ASA I-Ⅱ; (3)Age 6-12 years old (4) A legal representative signed the informed consent document. 2. Control group: (1) After clinical evaluation by the physician, the children has no neurodevelopmental disorder, with normal intellectual development, and requires surgical anesthesia. (2) ASA I-Ⅱ; (3)Age 6-12 years old (4) A legal representative signed the informed consent document.

排除标准：

1.ASD组排除（1）患有颅脑或五官疾病的儿童；（2）患有心肺疾病、肝肾功能不全等；（3）合并其他严重神经系统疾病和精神疾病儿童。 2.正常对照组排除（1）患有颅脑或五官疾病的儿童；（2）患有心肺疾病、肝肾功能不全等；（3）患有神经系统疾病、精神智力障碍、发育迟缓的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The ASD group: (1) Children with cranial or facial diseases; (2) Children with heart or lung diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.(3)Children with other severe neurological diseases or psychiatric diseases. 2. The normal control group: (1) children with cranial or facial diseases; (2)Children with heart or lung diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc. (3) Children with neurological diseases, mental and intellectual disabilities, or developmental delays.
