研究目的：

本研究回顾性对比基于间隙解剖的腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术（腹腔镜组）与开腹广泛子宫切除术（开腹组）在局部晚期宫颈癌（FIGO IB3及IIA2）中的临床预后及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we retrospectively evaluated and compared the clinical prognosis and safety of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy based on special space anatomy (LRH group) and abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH group) in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (FIGO IB3 and IIA2).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前活检病理证实为宫颈癌，术前临床分期依据为FIGO 2018版IB3或IIA2期; 2.接受标准的Querleu-Morrow C型根治性手术(包括LRH或ARH)和后膜膜淋巴结清扫术，或在NACT后接受上述手术的患者; 3.不完全根治性手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative biopsy pathology confirmed cervical cancer, and preoperative clinical staging was based on FIGO 2018 version IB3 or IIA2 stage; 2. Patients who undergo standard Querleu Morrow C-type radical surgery (including LRH or ARH) and posterior membrane lymph node dissection, or who undergo the aforementioned surgery after NACT; 3. Incomplete radical surgery.

排除标准：

1.随访时间小于6个月或失访； 2.合并其它影响预后的恶性肿瘤或未控的严重并发疾病； 3.妊娠期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Follow up time is less than 6 months or lost to follow-up; 2. Merge other malignant tumors or uncontrolled serious concurrent diseases that affect prognosis; 3. Pregnant patients.
