研究目的：

探索影响中青年首发缺血性脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从行为的危险因素，阐明各因素对中青年首发缺血性脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从行为的作用机制，旨在为制定提高中青年首发缺血性脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从行为的干预对策提 供理论依据，进而提高其生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors affecting the functional exercise compliance of young and middle-aged patients with first-ever ischemic stroke, and to clarify the mechanism of each factor on the functional exercise compliance of young and middle-aged patients with first-ever ischemic stroke, so as to provide intervention strategies for improving the functional exercise compliance of young and middle-aged patients with first-ever ischemic stroke

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医学会神经病学分会撰写的中国脑卒中诊治指南的诊断标准，并经颅 脑 CT或 MRI检查确诊为缺血性脑卒中者； 2.年龄18-59周岁； 3.首次诊断； 4.无明显认知功能障碍，意识清楚能够配合完成检查及调查研究； 5.知情同意，愿意配合本次研究；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Stroke diagnosis and treatment guidelines written by Chinese Society of Neurology, and were diagnosed as ischemic stroke by head CT or MRI; 2. Age of 18-59 years old; 3. first diagnosis; 4. no obvious cognitive dysfunction, clear consciousness can cooperate to complete the examination and investigation; 5. informed consent and willingness to cooperate with this study;

排除标准：

1.既往有脑器质性疾病或损伤史、合并严重心、肺、肝、 肾等脏器功能衰竭； 2.入院前有精神疾病或心理疾病； 3.中途退出者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. previous history of brain organic disease or injury, combined with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ failure; 2. mental illness or mental illness before admission; 3. dropouts;
