调查本地区感染性疾病及病原体（细菌、真菌等病原体）等流行病学数据，建立评估病原体的传播、扩散方式和筛查诊断的感染性标志物，寻找危险因素和高危人群并开展暴发调查和控制疫情，做到提前预防的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate epidemiological data on infectious diseases and pathogens (bacteria, fungi and other pathogens) in the region, establish infectious markers to assess the transmission and spread of pathogens and for screening and diagnosis, identify risk factors and high-risk groups, conduct outbreak investigations and control epidemics, and achieve the effect of early prevention.
