研究目的:

(1)观察六周水中康复训练对CAI患者踝关节生物力学特征、表面肌电特征、下肢功能跳以及姿势平衡稳定性的影响,评估水中康复训练对CAI患者的康复疗效; (2)探究水中、陆上以及水中陆上结合三种不同环境对于CAI康复疗效的差异性,为今后 CAI 康复方案的选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To observe the effects of six-week underwater rehabilitation training on the biomechanical characteristics of ankle joint, surface myoelectric characteristics, functional hops of lower limbs and postural balance stability of CAI patients, and evaluate the rehabilitation effect of underwater rehabilitation training on CAI patients; (2) To explore the difference of CAI rehabilitation effect in three different environments, namely, in water, on land and in combination with water and on land, and to provide references for the choice of CAI rehabilitation programs in the future.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①有至少1次严重的踝关节扭伤史,且干预之后仍反复出现不稳定或疼痛、肿胀、虚弱的症状; ②首次扭伤后,至少两次复发扭伤,疼痛或肿胀至少持续2天; ③在日常生活中或体育活动中自觉踝关节不稳定、无力感; ④CAIT<24分; ⑤能够按照实验要求完成整个实验。

Inclusion criteria

①A history of at least one severe ankle sprain, and repeated symptoms of instability or pain, swelling, or weakness after intervention; ②After the first sprain, at least two recurrent sprains, pain or swelling for at least 2 days; ③ In daily life or in sports activities, ankle joint instability, weakness; ④CAIT<24; ⑤ Can complete the whole experiment according to the experimental requirements.

排除标准:

①前6周有其他下肢损伤史、下肢手术史、平衡障碍、神经病变、糖尿病或其他已知影响平衡的疾病; ②同时有进行其他康复训练; ③不能配合完成实验。

Exclusion criteria:

①A history of other lower extremity injuries, lower extremity surgery, balance disorders, neuropathy, diabetes, or other diseases known to affect balance in the previous 6 weeks; ② At the same time, there are other rehabilitation training; ③ Can not cooperate to complete the experiment.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

将招募到的受试者进行筛查,符合条件后纳入,进行干预之前的数据采集,在六周干预之后,再进行一次同样的数据采集,会将每次每名受试者采集到的原始数据拷贝到移动储存设备中,保存至工作PC以及网盘中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The recruited subjects will be screened and included after qualifying, data collection before the intervention will be performed, and the same data collection will be performed again after the six-week intervention. The original data collected for each subject will be copied to the mobile storage device and saved to the work PC and web disk.
