研究目的：

评价复方嗜酸乳杆菌片降低结肠镜检查肠道准备后腹泻发生率的临床疗效及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effects and principle of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets on reducing the incidence of diarrhea in patients after colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿签署知情同意书；
（2）年龄大于18岁，男女不限；
（3）有做结肠镜检查需求的门诊患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent;
2. Men and women over 18 years old;
3. Outpatients who need to have a colonoscopy.

排除标准：

（1）全身或局部恶性肿瘤者或不能停用免疫抑制剂患者；
（2）患有到本研究影响较大的消化系统疾病：慢性腹泻、炎症性肠病、感染性胃肠病、功能性便秘、部分肠道息肉患者(a.大小≥2cm，b数量＞3个，c需要EMR治疗，符合其中任意一条或一条以上便排除)；
（3）大便常规结果异常：大便隐血(+)或白细胞(+)；当大便隐血(+)，但结肠镜检查结果正常时，可纳入本研究；
（4）严重精神疾病患者；
（5）有药物滥用或酒精滥用病史或近1月内需要大量饮酒者；
（6）有对本研究药物过敏者；
（7）在试验中无法停用导致腹泻、影响肠道菌群的药物或保健品/食品，包括导泻类西药或中成药、抗生素类、益生菌药品制剂、益生菌保健品/食品、益生菌酸奶等；
（8）近1月内做过结肠镜检查(或做过清肠处理)者；
（9）怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
（10）正在参加或完成其他临床试验后不满3个月；
（11）其他研究者认为不适合入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic or local malignant tumors or patients who cannot stop immunosuppressive drugs;
2. patients with chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, infectious gastrointestinal disease, functional constipation, and partial intestinal polyps (a. Size >= 2cm,b number of polyps > 3, and c need EMR treatment, if any one or more of them are met, they will be excluded);
3. Abnormal stool routine results: fecal occult blood (+) or leukocyte (+); When fecal occult blood (+), but colonoscopy results are normal, can be included in this study;
4. Patients with severe mental illness;
5. Those who have a history of drug abuse or alcohol abuse or need to drink a lot in the past 1 month;
6. Patients with drug allergy in this study;
7. Those who can't stop using the drugs or health products / foods that cause diarrhea and affect the intestinal flora in the test include western drugs or proprietary Chinese drugs, antibiotics, probiotic drug preparations, probiotic health products / foods, probiotic yoghurt, etc;
8. Those who have had colonoscopy (or intestinal cleansing treatment) in the past 1 month;
9. Pregnant or lactating women;
10. Those who are participating in or completing other clinical trials less than 3 months later;
11. Those who the researchers don't think are suitable for selection.
