探讨托烷司琼对丙泊酚全麻诱导期低血压的预防作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the preventive effect of tropisetron on hypotension induced by propofol general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级，术前禁饮禁食，年龄不限，择期行全麻气管插管手术病人。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grades I-III, preoperative drinking and fasting are prohibited, age is not limited, and patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and tracheal intubation surgery.

排除标准：

Q-T延长的患者，有严重系统性疾病功能失代偿的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with Q-T prolongation and severe systemic disease functional decompensation.
