研究目的：

基于FIC模式构建乳腺癌患者失志综合征的干预方案，初步验证干预方案的有效性，并探讨其对乳腺癌患者失志综合征、家庭功能、生活质量、自我效能与创伤后成长的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct an intervention plan for demoralization syndrome in breast cancer patients based on FIC model, preliminarily verify the effectiveness of the intervention plan, and explore its effects on demoralization syndrome, family function, quality of life, self-efficacy and post-traumatic growth in breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者：年龄在18周岁以上；已确诊为乳腺癌者；失志综合征量表得分>=9分者；无沟通障碍或语言障碍，能独立完成问卷。 家庭照顾者：为患者主要照顾者，陪同患者接受治疗并给予患者主要照顾，无偿自愿照顾，照顾时长最多；年龄>18周岁，且<=65周岁；有良好的沟通表达能力、行为能力；自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

Patients:Patients with breast cancer:Be over 18 years of age; Those who had been diagnosed with breast cancer; Demoralization syndrome Scale score ≥9; He had no communication disorder or language disorder and could complete the questionnaire independently. Family caregivers:Family caregivers were the main caregivers of patients, accompanying patients to receive treatment and giving main care to patients, voluntary and unpaid care, with the most care hours; Age>18 years old, and ≤65 years old; Good communication skills and behavioral skills; Participate voluntarily.

排除标准：

患者：拒绝参加者；严重精神疾病、认知障碍、服用精神类药物者。 家庭照顾者：患者拒绝参与、死亡者；有认知障碍、重大精神疾病、聋哑人或交谈困难者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: Patients with breast cancer:Refusal of participants;Severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, and taking psychotropic drugs. Family caregivers: patients refused to participate, and those who died; People with cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, deaf-mute or difficulty in talking.
