研究目的：

（1）调查我院2024年2月~2024年11月手术患者术中获得性压力性损伤的发生情况。 （2）构建高原地区术中获得性压力性损伤列线图风险预测模型。 （3）对构建的模型进行内部验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1 To investigate the occurrence of intraoperative acquired pressure injury in patients undergoing surgery in Qinghai Provincial Peoples Hospital from February 2024 to November 2024 2 To construct a risk prediction model for the nomogram of intraoperative acquired stress injury in plateau area 3 Internal verification of the constructed model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄＞18岁；;②择期手术患者；;③无院外带入压力性损伤或术前未发生压力性损伤；;④患者居住地区海拔≥1500m,居住时间≥5年以上。

Inclusion criteria

Age > 18;Patients undergoing elective surgery;No pressure injury occurred outside hospital or before operation;The altitude of the patient's residence area is ≥1500m, and the residence time is ≥5 years

排除标准：

①患有可能影响压力性损伤诊断的皮肤疾病；;②术后遵医嘱禁止翻身；;③患有精神疾病；;④合并帕金森、阿尔茨海默病等神经系统退行性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with skin diseases that may affect the diagnosis of pressure injury;No turning after surgery as prescribed by the doctor;Suffering from mental disorders;Combined with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and other neurological degenerative diseases
