研究目的：

初步建立儿童腰骶丛磁共振扫描序列及相关图像分析方法，为观察腰骶丛发育情况提供影像学基础；观察分析先天性肛门直肠畸形患儿的腰骶丛发育情况，确定腰骶丛发育情况与排便功能的相关性；分析肛管直肠角与腰骶丛发育情况、横纹肌复合体发育情况的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To initially establish an MRI scanning sequence and related image analysis method for the lumbosacral plexus in children, providing an imaging basis for observing the development of the lumbosacral plexus; to observe and analyze the development of the lumbosacral plexus in children with congenital anorectal malformations and determine the correlation between the development of the lumbosacral plexus and bowel function; to analyze the correlation between the anorectal angle, the development of the lumbosacral plexus, and the development of the striated muscle complex.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次经肛门成形术治疗的先天性肛门直肠畸形患儿（年龄<=1岁）； 2.术后均成功进行盆腔MR、腰骶丛MR扫描； 3.无其他消化系统畸形； 4.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with congenital anorectal malformations treated for the first time with transanoplasty (age<=1 year); 2. Pelvic MR and lumbosacral plexus MR scans were successfully performed after surgery; 3. No other digestive system malformations; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.MRI扫描伪影明显者； 2.直肠肛管偏离横纹肌复合体中心； 3.直肠肛管与横纹肌复合体间可见脂肪疝； 4.术后直肠明显扩张。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with obvious MRI scanning artifacts; 2. The rectoanal canal deviates from the center of the striated muscle complex; 3. Fatty hernia can be seen between the rectal anal canal and the striated muscle complex; 4. Significant rectal dilation after surgery.
