研究目的：

（1）评价PC646对牙周病患者的口腔异味程度、口腔炎症水平及生活质量的影响。 （2）观测患者口腔菌群和粪便菌群变化，从宏基因组学阐述PC646对牙周病患者的影响机理。 （3）综合探究副干酪乳酪杆菌PC646调节轻中度牙周病患者的口臭和口腔炎症的作用及潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluate the effect of PC646 on oral malodor, oral inflammation and quality of life in patients with periodontal disease. (2) Observe the changes in oral and fecal flora of patients, and explain the mechanism of PC646's effect on patients with periodontal disease from the perspective of metagenomics. (3) Comprehensively explore the role and potential mechanism of Lactobacillus paracasei PC646 in regulating oral malodor and oral inflammation in patients with mild to moderate periodontal disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：18周岁以上； （2）经医师鼻闻法判断确有口臭者，并且符合口臭值（OR）>= 2； （3）经医师诊断为患有轻/中度牙周疾病的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18 years and above; (2) Patients diagnosed with halitosis by a physician and with a halitosis odds ratio (OR) >= 2; (3) Patients diagnosed with mild/moderate periodontal disease by a physician.

排除标准：

（1）既往1个月内服用抗生素、糖皮质激素或其他免疫抑制剂、含有益生菌、益生元的食品、药品等患者； （2）既往3个月内接受过牙周治疗的患者； （3）患有非口源性口臭患者（胃炎、鼻炎、咽炎、吸烟、严重的肝、肾疾病、便秘等）； （4）患有精神类疾病的患者； （5）患有糖尿病等全身系统性疾病的患者； （6）妊娠期和脯乳期的患者； （7）经研究者认定的不能按时完成研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have taken antibiotics, glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants, foods and medicines containing probiotics and prebiotics within the past month; (2) Patients who have received periodontal treatment within the past 3 months; (3) Patients with non-oral halitosis (gastritis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, smoking, severe liver and kidney diseases, constipation, etc.); (4) Patients with mental illnesses; (5) Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes; (6) Patients during pregnancy and lactation; (7) Patients who are determined by the researchers to be unable to complete the study on time.

The subjects were randomly assigned to the probiotic, postbiotic, or placebo groups according to a random sequence generated by a computer-generated list. The randomization was performed by a statistician who had no contact with the participants. The subjects, doctors, and researchers involved in the study were unaware of the sequences until the study was completed.
