研究目的：

1.了解血液肿瘤患者化疗间歇期自我管理的体验。 2.探讨基于多学科护理模式的自我管理干预方案在化疗间歇期的血液肿瘤患者中的可行性。 3.基于多学科护理模式的自我管理干预方案对于提高化疗间歇期的血液肿瘤患者自我管理能力、非计划性住院率、并发症、心里痛苦程度及生命质量的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Understand the experience of self-management during chemotherapy intervals in patients with hematological malignancies. 2. Explore the feasibility of a self-management intervention plan based on a multidisciplinary nursing model in patients with hematological malignancies during chemotherapy intervals. 3. The application effect of a self-management intervention program based on a multidisciplinary nursing model on improving the self-management ability, unplanned hospitalization rate, psychological pain level, and quality of life of blood tumor patients during chemotherapy intervals.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合血液肿瘤（急、慢性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓 瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征）诊断标准并进行化疗； 2.知晓自己的病情、诊断及治疗； 3.有良好理解力和语言表达能力； 4.年龄>=18周岁； 5.自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of hematological tumors (acute and chronic leukemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome)and undergo chemotherapy; 2. Know your condition, diagnosis and treatment; 3. Good understanding and language skills; 4. Age >= 18 years old; 5. Voluntary participants in this study.

排除标准：

1.存在表达、沟通障碍； 2.既往或现罹患精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are obstacles in expression and communication; 2. Past or present mental illness.

This study used a random grouping method. Researchers numbered the research subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and ultimately entered the trial in order of enrollment. Using the Research Randomizer website by non members of our research group( https://www.randomizer.org/ )Generate a set of random number sequences.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集，采用excel2017建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入；采用SPSS27.0软件进行数据处理。
