研究目的：

构建中国首个涉及基层院前救治的再灌注治疗的前瞻性注册队列，准确获得我国当前 STEMI 患者院前医疗接触及再灌注治疗“真实世界”临床实践的大数据，以期为改进再灌注治疗策略提供有的放矢的基础资料。  

Objectives of Study：

Constructing China's first prospective registration queue involving pre hospital treatment for reperfusion therapy, accurately obtaining big data on the current pre hospital medical contact of STEMI patients in China and the "real world" clinical practice of reperfusion therapy, in order to provide targeted basic information for improving reperfusion therapy strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁； （2）确诊为 STEMI：STEMI 诊断标准：①有胸痛/不适史；②入院时，相邻 2 个或 2 个以上心电图（ECG）导联 ST 段持续抬高≥0.1mV（>30min，V2、V3 ≥0.2mV）或新发的左束支传导阻滞（LBBB）；③心脏生物标记物[肌钙蛋白，肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）]升高超出实验室参考上限的第 99 百分位数。 （3）签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Diagnosed as STEMI: The diagnostic criteria for STEMI are: (1) a history of chest pain/discomfort; (2) At admission, if the ST segment of two or more adjacent electrocardiogram (ECG) leads is continuously elevated by ≥ 0.1mV (>30min, V2 and V3 >= 0.2mV) or if there is a newly developed left bundle branch block (LBBB); (3) Elevated cardiac biomarkers [troponin, creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)] beyond the 99th laboratory reference limit percentile. (3) Sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）STEMI 原因是由外科手术、外伤、胃肠道出血引起； （2）STEMI 发生在因其他原因已经住院的患者； （3）研究者判断患者依从性差，无法按照要求完成研究； （4）患者预期寿命≤12 个月； （5）心脏移植患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) STEMI is caused by surgical procedures, trauma, and gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) STEMI occurs in patients who have already been hospitalized for other reasons; (3) Researchers have determined that patients have poor compliance and are unable to complete the study as required; (4) Patient life expectancy <= 12 months; (5) Heart transplant patients.
