研究目的：

（1）在中青年结直肠癌患者造口术前、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月，四个时间点，开展中青年结直肠癌造口夫妻心理状况及影响因素的调查，基于二元视角对结直肠癌造口夫妻心理痛苦及其影响因素进行纵向分析，确定不同二元心理痛苦轨迹及双方的交互影响机制； （2）通过循证、文献回顾、资料提取与分析的方法对结直肠癌造口夫妻二元心理干预研究进行系统评价与Meta分析，总结不同结直肠癌造口夫妻二元心理干预策略及效果，分析不同干预的优劣性和可行性，确定最佳二元心理干预措施； （3）基于前期的理论研究、纵向研究、系统评价与Meta分析，构建基于成人依恋理论的中青年结直肠癌造口夫妻二元干预方案，并检验其科学性和可行性； （4）开展类实验研究，验证二元干预方案对中青年结直肠癌造口夫妻心理痛苦及其他指标的干预效果； （5）从干预依从性和干预保真度两方面对二元心理干预进行定量评价，并通过质性访谈了解参与本研究二元心理干预的中青年结直肠癌造口夫妻参与干预的体验、感受和意见，为干预方案的改进和完善提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The psychological status and influencing factors of middle-aged and young adults with colorectal cancer were investigated at four time points before, 1 month after, 3 months after and 6 months after the operation of colostomy, and the psychological pain of colorectal cancer couples and its influencing factors were analyzed longitudinally from a binary perspective. Determine the different dualistic psychological pain trajectories and their interaction mechanisms; (2) Through evidence-based, literature review, data extraction and analysis, systematic evaluation and meta-analysis were conducted on the research on binary psychological intervention for couples with colostomy, summarizing the strategies and effects of different binary psychological intervention for couples with colostomy, analyzing the pros and cons and feasibility of different interventions, and determining the best binary psychological intervention measures; (3) Based on previous theoretical studies, longitudinal studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, a couple binary intervention plan for colorectal cancer stomatology for middle-aged and young adults based on adult attachment theory was constructed, and its scientificity and feasibility were tested; (4) To carry out a similar experimental study to verify the intervention effect of dual intervention program on psychological pain and other indicators of middle-aged and young couples with colorectal cancer ostomy; (5) The dual psychological intervention was quantitatively evaluated from the two aspects of intervention compliance and intervention fidelity, and the experience, feelings and opinions of middle-aged and young colorectal cancer ostomy couples participating in the dual psychological intervention in this study were understood through qualitative interviews, so as to provide a basis for the improvement and perfection of the intervention program.

纳入标准：

（1）研究对象纳入标准 ①年龄18-59岁； ②病理诊断为结直肠的患者及其配偶； ③拟进行造口术治疗； ④具有基本理解和表达能力； ⑤自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for research objects: 1. Age 18-59 years old; 2.Patients with pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer and their spouses; 3.To undergo stomy treatment; 4. Basic understanding and expression skills; 5.Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（2）研究对象排除标准 ①合并其他癌症或患有严重心、脑、肺部疾病； ②认知障碍或精神疾病的患者及配偶； ③参与类似研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for research objects: 1. Complicated with other cancers or suffering from serious heart, brain or lung diseases; 2.Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Patients participating in similar studies.

获得上述科室部门负责人的同意后，进入科室，查阅资料后向符合纳入排除标准的研究对象说明本研究的目的及意义，征得患者及配偶知情同意并签署知情同意书。在病房内，向研究对象讲解量表的填写规则、注意事项。请患者填写一般资料调查表、亲密关系体验、二元应对、自我管理效能与心理痛苦量表。如患者有疑问，研究者随时给予解答。收回时查看问卷填写是否完整，如不完整，请患者当即补充以保证资料的质量。最终数据以纸质版和电子版数据同时进行保存和管理。

After obtaining the consent of the head of the above department, they entered the department, consulted the data, explained the purpose and significance of the study to the subjects meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, obtained the informed consent of the patients and their spouses and signed the informed consent. In the ward, the study subjects were explained the rules of filling in the scale and matters needing attention. Patients were asked to complete the general information questionnaire, intimate relationship experience, binary coping, self-management effectiveness, and psychological distress scale. If patients have questions, the researchers are ready to answer them. When retrieving the questionnaire, check whether it is complete. If it is incomplete, please supplement it immediately to ensure the quality of the data.The final data is stored and managed in both paper and electronic versions.
