研究目的:

1.探索卡士酸奶对18岁以上成年人肠道健康(如肠道菌群及其代谢产物、排便情况等)的改善作用。 2.探索卡士酸奶对18岁以上成人免疫情况的改善作用。 3.探索卡士酸奶对18岁以上成人抵御呼吸道感染的有益影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the improvement effect of Kashi yogurt on the intestinal health (such as intestinal flora and its metabolites, defecation conditions, etc.) of adults over 18 years old; 2. To explore the improvement effect of Kashi yogurt on the immune status of adults over 18 years old; 3. To explore the beneficial impact of Kashi yogurt on the resistance of adults over 18 years old against respiratory tract infections.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.18~75岁(包含两端),身体健康的成人; 2.体型正常或偏瘦(BMI18.5-23.9正常,BMI17-18.4偏瘦); 3.自愿参加本研究,并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-44 years (including both ends), healthy adults; 2. Normal body shape or thin (BMI 18.5-23.9 normal, BMI 17-18.4 thin); 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.近期服用过抗生素,或长期服用益生菌、益生元及其他酸奶等影响试验结果者; 2.经专业医生诊断患有糖尿病、痛风、高血压等代谢性疾病和(或)心脏病等严重器质性疾病; 3.有精神障碍者; 4.有胃肠道手术史; 5.其他研究员认为需要排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those who have recently taken antibiotics, or have taken probiotics, prebiotics and other yogurts for a long time to affect the test results; 2. Diagnosed by a professional doctor with diabetes, gout, hypertension and other metabolic diseases and/or serious organic diseases such as heart disease; 3. Those with mental disorders; 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Other situations that the researcher deems necessary to be excluded.

研究设计者按照年龄分层纳入符合标准的受试者,各年龄层对应纳入人数为:1.18-25岁:50人;2.26-55岁:50人;3.56-75岁:50人。 然后再在各年龄层中按照性别分层,进行编号,每层按照干预组:对照组=1:1的比例,随机将受试者分组,最终合并为每个组75人。采用SPSS 22.0随机数字方法,将随机数字较小的二分之一分到干预组,随机数字较大的二分之一分到对照组,最终每组中年龄构成和性别构成基本一致。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The study designers included participants who met the criteria according to age stratification, and the corresponding number of participants in each age group was 1.18-25 years: 50 people, 2.26-55 years: 50 people, and 3.56-75 years: 50 people. Then the subjects were randomly divided into groups according to the ratio of intervention group: control group = 1:1 in each age group, and finally merged into 75 people in each group. The SPSS 22.0 random number method was used to divide the smaller half of the random number into the intervention group and the larger half of the random number to the control group, and finally the age composition and gender composition of each group were basically the same.
