研究目的：

本研究旨在调查妊娠期女性的口腔健康状况，分析妊娠期牙龈炎发病的主要个体行为相关危险因素。最终构建基于跨理论模型的妊娠期牙龈炎健康教育方案并应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is intended to explore the oral health condition of pregnant women and analyze the principal individual behavior-related risk factors for the occurrence of gingivitis during pregnancy. Eventually, a health education program for gingivitis during pregnancy based on the Transtheoretical Model will be established and implemented.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）妊娠期妇女；（2）认识并能理解调查问卷内容；（3） 年龄16-45周岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pregnant females; (2) Have the ability to recognize and comprehend the content of the questionnaire; (3) Be within the age range of 16 to 45 years.

排除标准：

（1）患全身系统性疾病，（2）不能配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those suffering from systemic diseases throughout the body,.(2) Those who cannot cooperate with the investigation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据处理由专业的数据处理人员进行,包括问卷数据的录入病例记录表并分析。数据处理应该保证数据的准确性、完整性和可靠性,并采用适当的统计方法进行分析。研究过程中产生的所有资料保存在加密的计算机中,以保证数据的完整性和可靠性。为了保障数据的安全性和可靠性,将会对资料进行备份。备份保存在不同的地点和设备中,以防止数据丢失或损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data processing was carried out by professional data processing personnel, including the entry and analysis of the questionnaire data in CRF. Data processing should ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the data, and appropriate statistical methods should be used for analysis. All data generated during the study were kept in an encrypted computer to ensure data integrity and reliability.
