研究目的：

评价单孔腹腔镜侧腹壁悬吊术与单孔腹腔镜骶骨固定术对妇科盆腔脏器脱垂患者施行盆底重建术的有效性和安全性。 评价单孔腹腔镜侧腹壁悬吊术与单孔腹腔镜骶骨固定术对妇科盆腔脏器脱垂患者施行盆底重建术的经济效益。 评价单孔腹腔镜侧腹壁悬吊术与单孔腹腔镜骶骨固定术对妇科盆腔脏器脱垂患者施行盆底重建术后中长期生活质量的改善。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of single hole laparoscopic lateral abdominal wall suspension and single hole laparoscopic sacral fixation for pelvic floor reconstruction in patients with gynecological pelvic organ prolapse. Evaluate the economic benefits of single hole laparoscopic lateral abdominal wall suspension and single hole laparoscopic sacral fixation for pelvic floor reconstruction in patients with gynecological pelvic organ prolapse. Evaluate the improvement of mid to long-term quality of life in patients with gynecological pelvic organ prolapse after pelvic floor reconstruction using single hole laparoscopic lateral abdominal wall suspension and single hole laparoscopic sacral fixation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2024年9月-2025年9月来国际和平妇幼保健院诊治的盆腔器官脱垂患者； 2.知情同意并签署知情同意书的患者； 3.50-75岁的成年女性； （1）至少一个部位II-III度及以上，合并其他部位均在II度及以上的患者； （2）拒绝保守治疗及保守治疗失败的患者； 4.术后配合随访1-2年的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with pelvic organ prolapse who came to the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital for diagnosis and treatment from September 2024 to September 2025; 2. Patients who have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form; Adult females aged 30-75 years old; (1) Patients with at least one part of grade II-III or above, combined with other parts of grade II or above; (2) Patients who refuse conservative treatment or who have failed conservative treatment; 4. Patients who cooperate with follow-up for 1-2 years after surgery.

排除标准：

1.有盆腔放疗史的患者； 2.有经阴道网片治疗脱垂史的患者； 3.有免疫疾病长期使用类固醇激素的患者； 4.患有盆腔疼痛综合征（比如纤维肌痛、膀胱疼痛综合征），可能导致对盆腔痛的敏感性增加的患者； 5.怀疑患盆腔恶性肿瘤的患者； 6.有腰椎、骶椎器质性病变（比如腰椎间盘突出、强制性脊柱炎）导致疼痛的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Patients with a history of vaginal mesh treatment for prolapse; 3. Patients with immune diseases who have been using steroids for a long time; 4. Patients with pelvic pain syndrome (such as fibromyalgia and bladder pain syndrome) may experience increased sensitivity to pelvic pain; 5. Suspected patients with pelvic malignant tumors; 6. Patients with organic lesions of the lumbar and sacral vertebrae (such as lumbar disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis) causing pain.
