研究目的：

通过建立一个多中心、大规模、长期随访的骨科疾病合并认知障碍队列： 1.探索综合认知数字疗法在骨科疾病合并认知障碍患者中的临床改善效果（包括认知功能、日常生活能力及心理状态变化等）； 2.通过长期大样本纵向随访，研究骨科疾病与认知障碍疾病的交互作用情况，评估该群体患者认知障碍疾病进程，探索骨科共患认知障碍疾病的干预方向。  

Objectives of Study：

By establishing a multicenter, large-scale, long-term follow-up cohort of orthopedic diseases combined with cognitive impairment: 1. Explore the clinical improvement effects of comprehensive cognitive digital therapy in patients with orthopedic diseases combined with cognitive impairment (including changes in cognitive function, daily living ability, and psychological state, etc.); 2. Through long-term large-sample longitudinal follow-up, study the interaction between orthopedic diseases and cognitive impairment diseases, assess the disease progression of cognitive impairment in this group of patients, and explore the intervention direction for orthopedic comorbid cognitive impairment diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有明确诊断的骨科疾病； 2.成人（>=18 周岁）蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）<26 分；儿童青少年（6~17 周岁）在干扰控制、冲突抑 制、空间知觉、记忆广度、加工速度、情景记忆、空间工作记忆、选择性注意、持续性注意、工作记忆和集中性注意认知功能中，任意一项功能分值＜90 分（根据常模归类为较弱）。 3.同意接受认知功能测评

Inclusion criteria

1. Have a clearly diagnosed orthopedic disease; 2. Adult (>=18 years old) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) <26 points; Children and adolescents (6~17 years old) are in the process of interference control and conflict suppression system, spatial perception, memory span, processing speed, episodic memory, spatial working memory, selective attention, sustained attention, working memory, and concentrated attention, any one of the functional functions is scored < 90 points (classified as weak according to norms). 3. Agree to be assessed on cognitive function

排除标准：

1. 因视力、听力、失语、利手无法使用等问题不能完成认知功能测评； 2.研究者认为不适合参与试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to complete the cognitive function assessment due to problems such as vision, hearing, aphasia, and inability to use the hand; 2. Those who are considered unsuitable to participate in the trial by the investigator.
