Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical application effect of esthetic restoration of anterior tooth using 3D printing technique

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-60岁，男女不限； 2. 上前牙牙体缺损未累及牙髓； 3. 无其他口腔疾病； 4. 患者同意参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-60 y, no gender preference; 2. defect of upper anterior tooth uninvolved with the pulp tissue; 3. no other oral disease; 4. agree to participate the trial, and the informed consent was signed.

排除标准：

1. 近期参与其他研究； 2. 无法参与随访； 3. 无法配合治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recently involved in other studies; 2. unable to meet the follow-up visit; 3. unable to follow the trial.
