研究目的：

本实验探究术中输注艾司氯胺酮对于不同睡眠状况非心脏手术胸外科手术病人术后睡眠质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial aimed to examine the Effect of Intraoperative Infusion of Esmolol on Postoperative Sleep Quality in Non-cardiac Surgery Patients with Different Sleep Status in Thoracic Surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~80岁； （2）ASA（美国麻醉师协会）I-III级； （3）BMI 在 18-24kg/m^2； （4）行择期心胸外科手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18~80 years old; (2) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Class I-III; (3) BMI between 18-24kg/m^2; (4) Elective cardiothoracic surgery.

排除标准：

（1）患者拒绝参加研究; （2）体重指数高于30; （3）近期药物滥用史; （4）艾司氯胺酮禁忌症或过敏; （5）认知功能障碍或无法交流; （6）无法使用患者控制的镇痛泵。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient refused to participate in the study; (2) Body mass index above 30; (3) Recent history of drug abuse; (4) Contraindications or allergies to esketamine; (5) Cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate; (6) Inability to use patient-controlled analgesia pumps.
