研究目的：

（1）本研究基于症状管理理论，构建帕金森病患者流涎的干预方案，为帕金森病患者流涎症状提供科学性、有效性的干预措施。 （2）探讨该方案在帕金森病患者流涎症状中的应用效果，以期减轻患者的不适感，改善口腔健康，提高帕金森病患者的自我管理能力，改善帕金森病患者的生活质量，为帕金森病患者自我管理提供新的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Based on the symptom management theory, this study constructs an intervention plan for the salivation of patients with Parkinson's disease and provides scientific and effective intervention measures for the salivation of patients with Parkinson's disease. (2) To explore the application effect of this program in the salivation symptoms of Parkinson's disease patients, with a view to reducing the discomfort of patients, improving oral health, improving the self-management ability of patients with Parkinson's disease, improving the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease, and providing a new reference for the self-management of patients with Parkinson's disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）参照2016版《中国帕金森病的诊断标准》，经临床医师确诊为帕金森病； （2）统一帕金森病评定量表（UPDRS），第二部分（UPDRS-Ⅱ）条目6，评分≥1分表示患者存在流涎； （3）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the 2016 edition of "Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China", the clinician diagnosed Parkinson's disease; (2) Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS), Part II (UPDRS-II) item 6, score >=1 indicates the presence of salivation; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）继发性PD或PD叠加综合征的患者； （2）严重认知障碍、精神疾患、合并严重视力或听力障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with secondary PD or PD plus syndrome; (2) Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, and severe visual or hearing impairment.

试验组在接受规范化的抗帕金森病药物治疗的基础上，实施基于症状管理理论帕金森病患者流涎症状干预方案，首先对帕金森病患者进行症状体验的评估，根据评估结果制定个性化的症状管理策略，包括吞咽障碍训练、口腔功能锻炼、心理护理等、健康宣教等。
