研究目的：

1.了解早产儿及相关危重新生儿并发症发生的影响因素及结局，为探索完善危重新生儿一体化管理网络提供依据。 2.了解目前在危重新生儿救护及转运工作中存在的问题及薄弱环节，进而提出改进意见和建议，为制定相关政策提供理论依据。 3.探讨区域内建立并完善危重新生儿转运救治网络，对新生儿救治成功率的增加、新生儿死亡率的减低及医疗技术的提高起到了作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the influencing factors and outcomes of complications in premature infants and related critical neonates, and to provide a basis for exploring and improving the integrated management network of critical neonates. 2. To understand the existing problems and weak links in the rescue and transport of critically ill newborns, and put forward suggestions for improvement, so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating relevant policies. 3. To explore the establishment and improvement of the transport and treatment network of critically ill neonates in the region, which plays a role in the increase of the success rate of neonatal treatment, the reduction of neonatal mortality and the improvement of medical technology.

纳入标准：

早产儿及明确危重新生儿主要转诊指征的。（1）母亲危重妊娠、分娩过程中发生并发症所娩出的新生儿。（2）围产期窒息生命体征不稳定者。（3）呼吸困难，需要进行呼吸管理者。（4）反复呼吸暂停。（5）反复惊厥。（6）各种原因所致的休克。（7）单个或多个脏器功能衰竭。（8）胎龄<34周或极超低出生体重儿。（9）严重酸碱、水电解质平衡及糖代谢紊乱。（10）严重心律失常。（11）严重黄疸需要换血者。（12）严重畸形患儿。（13）各种病因需要外科手术治疗者。（14）其它各种危重病症。（15）虽然病情为非危重，但需要治疗；转出医院无相应治疗能力或治疗条件。

Inclusion criteria

The main referral indications of premature infants and critically ill neonates are clear. (1) Newborns born to mothers with severe pregnancy and complications during delivery. (2) unstable vital signs of perinatal asphyxia. (3) dyspnea requiring respiratory management. (4) Recurrent apnea. (5) Recurrent seizures. (6) shock caused by various reasons. (7) single or multiple organ failure. (8) gestational age <34 weeks or very extremely low birth weight infants. (9) severe acid-base, water-electrolyte balance and glucose metabolism disorders. (10) Severe arrhythmia. (11) Severe jaundice requiring exchange transfusion. (12) children with severe malformations. (13) patients with various causes requiring surgical treatment. (14) various other critical diseases. (15) The condition is not critical but requires medical care; The patients were transferred out of the hospital without the corresponding treatment capacity or treatment conditions.
